This week I have been busy and lazy at the same time. Almost every night this week I've taught science at the MACC's Vacation Bible School, which was a huge success and very messy. The days have been a little lazy. Today I slept until 11!I've also gotten a lot of reading done for school and some planning done. Went to the mall with Rachael and got my jewelry. Hung out at the pool. Made popcorn. Watered my plants. Watched Mary Tyler Moore. Burned some candles. Snuggled in my bed (which I love). Eaten delicious things that I probably shouldn't have.
I'm in a really good place right now. I haven't been this happy in a long time. It's a little scary how happy I have been this summer, compared to the past school year. Sometimes I get nervous that this is just an illusion, and sometimes I just bask in it. How did I get this lucky? Life is an incredible, amazing thing.
