Tea Time?

Partial Tea Collection

My mother is British, and to her, tea is the nectar of the gods.  I had never really thought about how much I resemble her in that respect until tonight when I was at Wegman's and added to my tea collection.  When I got home, I realized that I might be turning into my mom, just a little.

My favorite black tea is Red Rose tea, with milk and sugar.  Unfortunately, I am working on curing out sugar right now, so have to make due with just milk.  I am not the biggest fan of herbal tea, but I am trying to train myself to like it, by drinking it as "dessert" at night.

Eastern Shore Tea Company's Tiger Chai

Wegman's carries a local brand of tea that I have really been enjoying, Eastern Shore Tea Company. I love supporting a local business, and I've found their teas to be top quality.  I really love their tiger chai, blood orange, and honey lemon.  There are several more flavors that I'd like to try, especially the apple ones.  They come in cute little bags tied with different colored ribbon.  I'm really glad that Wegamn's supports local business.  I don't know that I would have found these teas otherwise.
